there are many reasons why the grassroot players has no access or means reaching to the final destination. Some parents, are suppose to be the determinant of their children's future. But, at the whole, THEY denied them access to a bright future. Many parents, wouldn't want their children have broken legs or fracture. Some just hate football as a career or hobby.
